No holds, first come first served! Calls only 10-9. I do not take offers without you seeing it first and no low ball offers. I am not in a hurry to sell, & I know how hard these types of RV’s are to find…especially in this good of condition! Measurements are approximate. Located in Brunswick, Ga 31525
Wow! 21′ Class C camper (approx 22.5′ total length, 10.3″ w w/mirrors out, about 8′ mirrors folde in, & 12h w/ac, tv antennae) in overall excellent condition.
WHATS NEW: roof, 6 new tires, new upholstery including curtains, new paint, new digital TV antenna, new power windows on front doors & new interstate house battery.
Ford F350 chassis w/V10 motor, automatic transmission. 73140 miles, runs good! Service including Oil & differential fluid changed about 10 miles ago, as well as generator serviced with new oil change and filter.
Water pump works, hot water heater works, all the lights work, & AC works! It’s ready to go camping! It is totally self contained with a 4000 Watt generator, black water tank, grey water tank and freshwater tank. It has a toilet and a small tub with shower.
Technically, it could sleep up to 6 people with a double bed in the back a double bed up top above the cab and a dinette that will convert into a double bed. It has a 3-way refrigerator that runs on propane or electric. Awning is in excellent condition and recently cleaned as well as the inside & outside was cleaned.
Light for brakes is on on the dashboard but brakes work fine so not sure about that & cab AC in the cab works great except it just started to not blow from the vents up front but it blows from the top defroster vent. Also the steps are manual not electric but you could fix that if you wanted…not a big deal to me.
I’m selling as is, and I’m asking $13,500, or best reasonable offer.
It gets about 13 mpg, which is normal for this type of RV. So when you’re out doing your research and you find all these crazy values and wonder why I’m asking what I’m asking, don’t forget all the new stuff I have done that if cost thousands of dollars, and lots of my time!
