More Details: Selling the family van. It has worked great for us over the past 2.5 years as a couple with a young child, however we have another on the way and need to size up. Great for road trips as it parks like a regular car which makes and nice and not limited on where can go. Also, its 19ft and some camp area’s we visited had a max length of 20ft. Comes with all the bells and whistles of an RV in a van.

In my opinion this is the best interior layout. It has the toilet on the side instead of the rear and an exterior shower which leaves the rear open, we used it for backpacks ect. or a sleeping area.

We purchased it in May 2013 with 69,000 miles and it now has 81,000.

Since the purchase was have upgraded with the following:
2015: New Front Brakes: Severe Duty rotors/pads/calipers
2014: Tires: Cooper Discover — Commercial grade tires for the heavy weight.
2014: Window Tinting: Went with the High-end tint that allows more light on interior however dark from outside for privacy
2014: Rotating Captain chair mounts. Really nice to have the passenger seat to rotate backwards
2013: Air Lift Suspension air bags on the rear axle – Raises the rear end of the van
2013: Rear back-up Camera
2013: New patio light with motion sensor
2013: Cable chains specifically for the van.
2013: Full servicing at A1 Body and RV. This included new propane pigtail.

1997 Coachman Ford E250 5.4L V8 camper van with propane 2 burner stove, refrigerator/ cold box, thermostat, fold out sofa/bed, exterior shower, 10 gal water tank, water heater, A/C, Onan generator (only 21 hrs on it), and loft/ sleeper.
The propane tank is under the side door, and is used to power the fridge with a smaller compartment icebox), stove, water heater and heater with thermostat. The coach lights run from a secondary battery that is charged by the main engine battery when the van is moving. You can also plug the vehicle into a mains power source, to run your electric and fridge that way. Two burner stove, sink and cutting board. Also comes with towing hitch.

The water tank is under the sofa bed and is filled from outside on the same side as the gas tank.

Clean title and runs great! Shows some wear and tear of a vehicle its age, but runs great and everything works.
