I am in no rush to sell. Dont waste my time with low ball offers. I have put in over $6000 in upgrades and over 300 hours of work over the last 4 years. Will not give the van away and will keep enjoying the outdoors as I have. REASONABLE OFFERS will be considered IN PERSON only.

I have decided to build myself a new van so Charlie needs a new home. I have owned the van for 4 years and driven over 25,000km. Been in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, Arizona, BC, Alberta. From -3C to +35C, from sea level to 7,100 ft mountain passes. We have mountain biked, skied, hiked, paddled, you name it.

Camper van key features:
– 1986 e250 with Fords famous 351w v8. Lots of power.
– King size bed
– New fridge with freezer (say yes to ice cream and smoothies!)
– Stove with oven (say yes to pizza, lasagnas, hot sandwiches, hash browns!)
– Rooftop a/c and heat pump (a/c run 6 days 24/7 in Arizona last September and didn’t even flinch)
– Flushing toilet
– Windows with mosquito nets!
– 20 gal (80L) fresh water tank and same size black water tank
– 6 gal hot water heater (say yes to indoor/outdoor hot showers!)
– Propane heater
– 4 seatbelt
– Power locks and power windows
– Cruise control
– Awning (was going to be my next project)
– 120v Power Inverter
– Class 3 (5000lb) tow hitch and wiring harness
– Bike rack
– Double fuel tank (never run out!)
– 10 Gal under mount propane tank for fridge and stove (about 2 months worth)

UPGRADES -in chronological order- over the last 4 years ($6500)

– Michelin LTX M+S 2 on newer/lighter econoline rims ($1200)
– New deep cycle Battery and LED lighting ($250)
– Re sealed everywhere with 2 tubs of sikaflex for rv ($60 and A LOT OF WORK)

– New starter motor and starter battery ($300)
– Front wheel bearings ($400)

– All 4 engine belts ($150)

WORK BY PREVIOUS OWNER:
– New carpet
– New house wiring throughout
– New house water pipes
– Butcher block countertop
– New radiator

THE “NOT AS GOOD”:
– Parking brake needs service. Being an automatic transmission we never use it. We can work this service into the price when you come and look at it.
– Van A/C needs service or recharge. Rooftop A/C works flawlessly
– Awning needs some work. We use it but its time consuming to set up until its fixed better
– Side cargo door closes perfectly but needs to be closed hard
– Van lived in the Okanagan for most of its life. The positive is that its dry, no leaks, no mold anywhere. HARD TO FIND… The negative is that the hood specially is sun faced. I dont like doing crappy jobs so didn’t rattle can it.
